Practicing climate communication at Viable Cities

Viable Cities communication helps to understand, inspire and facilitate the transition to climate-neutral cities by 2030 - with a good life for all, within the limits of the planet. Do you want to be part of that journey? Apply for an internship with us this spring.

Viable Cities is now looking for two interns to join the communications team at the program office at KTH Campus in Stockholm. The persons we are looking for should have a strong commitment to the climate transition and want to contribute to communication in the area. You should have relatively recently completed a university degree in communication or equivalent, and preferably have some experience of operational communication work. You are ambitious and driven, yet humble and responsive. It is good if you are a good writer in both Swedish and English.

We are looking for trainees in two tracks, but both will be involved in the overall communication work for climate neutral cities.

  • Graphic design and illustration trainee should, among other things, want to work operationally on creating presentations, graphics and illustrations that make the climate transition understandable in an inspiring way.
  • Digital Publishing Intern will, among other things, want to work operationally on editing and publishing content on our website and social channels to increase engagement with the climate transition in cities.

We offer a meaningful and exciting internship in a small communications team with ample opportunities to develop your skills under the guidance of experienced communicators.
