The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) has launched a new web portal for learning about cities, sustainability, governance and innovation. The portal, an initiative of Viable Cities' Sharing Cities Sweden initiative, among others, brings together educators and organizations from around the world to share knowledge for sustainable urban development.
The City Futures Academy portal offers MOOCs (massive online open courses) on how to drive change in cities for a sustainable and climate-friendly future. Examples from Viable Cities are included in the course material. The courses are free for everyone and everywhere.
