In the transition towards social, economic and environmental sustainability, innovation can be a powerful enabler. By equipping key people in municipal projects and municipal management with tools, strategies and skills, Accelerera builds concrete knowledge about innovation, creates new behaviors, and enables transformative change and increased sustainability.
To easily introduce Accelerera, they have put together a short two-minute video that captures some of the issues, learning and behavioral changes from Accelerera.
The effect is strengthened understanding and capacity in transformative innovation management in the participating municipalities, which in turn has a ripple effect.
Accelerate, together with participants in different formats, has co-created and developed value for the climate transition, presented in the illustration below.
Accelerate's 3 keys to a successful transition
1. Have a Pilot A person who has the task of leading and coordinating the process of moving towards the mission - transformation leader responsible for the transformation process.
2. Work with a methodical approach Achieving climate neutrality is a journey involving many different individuals and actors. The way to create change is through a structured and methodical approach.
3. Establish digital support for the processSingleis not strong. With a digital support you can more easily create onboarding for many, learn from each other, collect and spread good examples.
