MERiT

- Eco-friendly and easy travel in the service

MERiT is a feasibility study based on the problems large organizations have in taking sustainability and administration into account when managing business travel.

The feasibility study is expected to clearly demonstrate the potential of new digital mobility services (mobility as a service MaaS, combined mobility) that are beginning to be established to address these challenges. Among other things, the project will conduct a case study with Gothenburg district administrations, where they implement and test a new travel platform on their own initiative for one year.

In addition, it explores how these services can be adapted in large organizations such as RISE and WSP in the future. The goal is to identify critical factors for companies and public organizations where "MaaS for business" can enable a structured system to plan and control smooth and sustainable travel for their employees. MERiT will build unique knowledge around MaaS for business that addresses the specific needs of private and public organizations.
