2026 Annual General Meeting

At Viable Cities’ annual meeting, the member organizations make decisions regarding operations within the framework of the Swedish Energy Agency’s program decision. The meeting is followed by joint strategy work. 

2026 will mark the program's ninth convention.

  • 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Members' Meeting
  • 12:00–1:00 p.m. Lunch
  • 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. Strategy Day

Location: Nymble Room, Stockholm University of Technology Student Union Building, Drottning Kristinas väg 15–19, Stockholm

Each member organization is represented by one person on the voting list, but more than one person from the same organization may attend without voting rights. Members may attend the meeting on the 11th and 12th virtually via Zoom.
